Delicious and healthy: to season its salads with the oil of argan The oil of argan is a Moroccan speciality which comes from seeds of the argan. This oil has a vigorous odor and a taste. In beauty care, the very required oil of argan from now on, is at the head hit parade of the sales. Not without reason: it presents very good properties for the care of the skin, on the condition of being employed in suitable quantity and not only as advertizing argument. One lends to oil argan a beneficial action in the event of acne and of allergies of the skin. In gastronomy, this oil with the hazel nut taste became a true oil of gourmets. It can be used pure (with some grasses) to season salads or to prepare a vinaigrette. Seasoning: it is enough to add to the oil of argan a little juice to lemon, salt, pepper and some grasses, according to your taste. Vinaigrette: oil argan, a salad oil, vinegar and mustard.

Milk and calcium To protect oneself from the osteoporosis, one can have recourse to a natural product: milk. An American study studied the density of the bones of two groups of women. The first group took food/compressed calcium complements, the other drank milk. Result: the women who drank milk absorbed indeed less calcium, but however it is they which had the densest bones. Calcium tablets taken in the place of milk thus do not reinforce the bones. By continuing their research, the researchers noted that best protection against the osteoporosis is a combination between milk and artificial calcium. |

It is now official: the bio is really better The study lasted four years and cost 12 million Pounds sterling, but the results are there: the food bios is more than one lifestyle, they are indeed better than the others. The researchers for example noted that the antioxydant rate of milk resulting from the cows of a biological farm is 90% higher than that of the cows of a conventional breeding.
